On June 4, 2015 we are organizing a one-day seminar entitled "GIS for Everywhere, Anytime, on Any Device."
This workshop brings together experts and practitioners for a day - a day, hands - into a workshop on GIS for anywhere, anytime, on any device. This workshop brings together experts from the fields of geosciences, geophysics, data science and data analysis.
Topics of this seminar are web-based processing, data analysis, visualization of geodata and geophysics in GIS.
The annual PNWGITA 2018 conference will be held in Vancouver, B.C., from June 1 to 4, 2018. GIS Day will include a presentation on how the Vancouver Police Department's Geoash application is used by the VPD for crime prevention.
