The front office people are extremely RUDE! They assured me they would get all insurance and referrals set up before see me as a patient and when coming in for my appt gave me verbal assurance again. To my surprise they sent me a bill!!…

They charge $70 bucks just for contacts fitting. Most optometrists only charge $30-40 so Columbia Vision Ctr's fee is more than double the normal rate. When I called to inquire on the issue the front desk clerk named Jamie was very rude…
